We wanted to thank you very much for all of your help & services with our wedding party. We had a great time & so did all of our guests! The room was beautifully decorated & setup. We were very impressed & delighted at the job you all did.The food was excellent, everyone ate & complimented on everything. Again, we really appreciate all you did for us. We were able to continue relaxing & have a great time! We look forward to having a party again with you!

Trinity's 50^th Anniversary Committe wish to Thank You for your part in our celebration. Susan and her staff made our banquet a huge success.Susan is such a joy to work with. She is always pleasant, helpful, and a wonderful Chef! Our kitchen was left clean and our minds were without a worry about the meal. We recieved many compliments on the dinner.

Just wanted to say thank you for everything. You told me not to worry, you would take care of everything, and you did!! Everything about our wedding reception & dinner was perfect. We received many compliments about the meal, servers, buffet setup decor, wedding cake, table appearance, and just the fact that the whole evening was a perfect, magical evening, where everyone had a great time. By all means feel free to use for a reference anytime! Thanks again for everything.

We just wanted to write you a note to say Thank You!!! You and your staff did such a tremendous job on our reception at the Gulfport Casino. Everyone loved all the food, the setup, and the way your staff was so professional. I really appreciate how you worked with us on the menu for the buffet, and the cake was wonderful. You all made it all that we could ask for and more. Believe me, I tell everyone about your catering without hesitation!

Thank you for making our wedding so special! You all went Above & Beyond...

We recieved a lot of phone calls telling us how great the wedding was. Our guests thought the food was excellent! They also said the staff was very accomodating and very friendly.

They were always smiling. We loved everything. Please have anyone call us if they want to know how wonderful everything is there! Thanks again.

Just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful job your company did at our wedding at Ruth Eckerd Hall on 9/30/00. The Pasta Bar was a big hit as well as all the food was delicious. Thanks for making my wedding the wedding of my dreams!

Well its been over a week now and I’m still getting phone calls from our guests...everyone was in awe of the whole affair! The Hors d’oeuvres were very impressive and plentiful and your mode of presentation was very excellent. The dinner was bountiful and likewise very impressive. Aside from being absolutely delicious it was served beautifully and our guests were very complimentary.
